Lauren has known what she wanted to be since she was five years old: an actor. Originally from Connecticut, she moved to Los Angeles at 18 to make that dream come true. The universe, however, had other plans. While creating her own content to showcase her talent, Lauren unexpectedly fell in love with creating the worlds these characters existed in. Somewhere along the way, the actor became a writer, and she hasn’t looked back since.
Lauren's work blends sharp humor with emotional depth, spotlighting offbeat characters whose quirks and vulnerabilities reveal the humanity in those often misunderstood or overlooked.
Most recently, Lauren developed a television project with Divide Pictures, Milo Ventimiglia's production company, while also serving as an assistant to a Showrunner. She has contributed to the development of projects starring Whoopi Goldberg, Vanessa Hudgens, and June Diane Raphael, among others.
She is currently in pre-production on her short film, Come To Jesus, with award-winning filmmaker Gavin Michael Booth attached to direct.
When she's not writing, Lauren continues honing her craft as an actor at the prestigious Nancy Banks Studios because, well, you never truly forget your first love.
