Based in Virginia, Alison Wroblewski adores history. Constantly inspired by intimate character dramas and cinematic historical epics, Alison forges her path in writing stranger-than-fiction characters in unique historical worlds.

Always looking to learn, Alison reads footnotes and bibliographies to dig a little deeper; to fall down the rabbit hole and discover stories either forgotten or left unexplored. When she is inspired to take on a particular topic, she stops at nothing to fully immerse the audience in the world while creating characters that embody themes to make the past relevant again.

Having gotten her start as a production assistant in Austin, Texas, and later a producer's assistant in London, UK that led to her first producing role on "IT'S NOT CUSTARD" (SXSW 2019), Alison likes to say she studied screenwriting for ten years before doing it herself. Alison now lives and writes on her homestead in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Alison is repped by Sean Perrone and Ben Neumann of Kaplan/Perrone Entertainment, and Noah Liebmiller of Verve Literary Agency.
